Shaping futures for our young people
We were established in 2019 by three Directors who shared a passion for developing services that provide 24-hour care and support for children aged 10-17 with additional learning needs, emotional difficulties and associated EBD diagnosis.
About Us
At Càlon Care Services Ltd. we offer specialist Residential Care placements in our 1 and 2 bedroomed homes. This means that a maximum of 2 children can permanently live here at any one time. Our ethos is that replicating a smaller ‘family orientated’ environment achieves better outcomes for the children. Each child will be supervised at a minimum of a 1:1 staffing ratio at all times, by an experienced and qualified member of staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are very strictly regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales.
The directorship have collectively spent the last 17 years working in the care industry at all levels and have a vast level of experience of running services to a CIW ‘’Excellent’’ standard.
