The home will follow a therapeutic approach in line with the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy). The House will have the direct support from several child psychologists that have been sourced from the ACHIPP UK database. They will visit the home weekly as a planned sessional and will also support the staff team to offer support, guidance and overview of all the care of the children. This can be individualised to each child; however, all children will be encouraged to build trusting relationships with the psychologist.
